Fouadi’s health and nutrition experience includes vaccination support, rehabilitation of primary health facilities and referral linkages embedded within social-protection and emergency programmes.

Fouadi’s experience has developed through stand-alone and integrated multi-sector projects, combining local access, field implementation, infrastructure where required, community engagement, referrals and capacity building.

Vaccination Support

UNICEF / WHO cooperation referenced | 2014
  • Supported Aleppo Health Directorate mobile teams for national polio, routine, supplementary and school vaccination campaigns.
  • Transported vaccines and malnutrition-related food supplies and equipped mobile teams and volunteers.

Health Facility Rehabilitation

UNDP | 2015 | Al-Safira
  • Rehabilitated and equipped seven public health facilities, including Al-Safira health centre, natural-birth/emergency point and school health clinic.
  • Budget $137,917; project also included cash-for-work livelihood support.

Nutrition-linked Cash — Aleppo

UNICEF | 2025–2026
  • 2,143 families / 6,429 children; four $150 payments and 2,252 child referrals.
  • Children referred for health and nutrition services.

Nutrition-linked Cash — Idlib

UNICEF | 2025–2026
  • 2,627 families / 7,881 children across Maarrat al-Numan and 10 villages; four $150 payments and 2,115 referrals.

Emergency Nutrition Linkages

UNICEF cash response | 2026
  • Selected Idlib storm-response camps included nutrition screening according to need, coordinated with a specialized health partner.
