About Fouadi
Lending a Heart to SuccessFouadi Foundation is an independent Syrian non-profit organisation established in 2010. Over more than fifteen years, Fouadi has evolved from community development and microfinance initiatives into a multi-sector platform delivering humanitarian assistance, early recovery and development programmes across Syria.

- Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS) & Multi-Service Platforms: 54 fixed centers established/supported.
- Mobile Teams: 9 specialized mobile units providing field outreach.
- Case Management & Specialized Services: 4,930+ specialized case management referrals handled.
Water, Sanitation, & Hygiene (WASH)
- Total Beneficiaries: 147,200+ individuals, including 45,000+ children in public schools.
- Infrastructure Interventions: 44 school WASH systems restored, 23 water wells equipped with submersible pumps/generators, and complete sanitation networks installed across 2 shelter centers.
- WASH Facilities in Centers: 61 CFS and multi-service centers fitted with upgraded sanitation facilities.
Social Protection & Emergency Cash Transfers
- Total Beneficiaries: 35,011 families receiving direct cash assistance.
- Geographic Coverage: Active interventions across 8 major urban/rural zones in Aleppo and 43 villages/camps in Idlib.
- Child Medical Referrals: 12,940+ specialized pediatric referrals facilitated.
Education & Adolescent Development
- Total Beneficiaries: 76,000+ students and 1,600+ trained teachers/administrative staff.
- Schools Rebuilt/Rehabilitated: 37 formal public schools fully restored + 40 schools minor rehabilitation after the 2023 earthquake.
- Community Learning Centers & Classrooms: 8 specialized learning centers and 197 reference educational points established.
- Adolescent Training Centers: 2 dedicated centers established for life skills and vocational training.
- Educational Furniture: 6,500+ double-desks produced/distributed to public schools.
Livelihoods & Micro-Finance
- Total Beneficiaries: 4,300+ households and individuals supported.
- Rural Savings & Loan Funds: 10 sustainable community savings/loan funds established.
- Agricultural & Livestock Units: 1,821 poultry units established, 16 Farmer Field Schools (FFS) supported, and 500 rainwater harvesting structures constructed.
- Vocational & Disability Support: 54 spinal cord injury micro-enterprises funded and 40 youth trained in carpentry/blacksmithing.
Health & Nutrition
- Facilities Rehabilitated: 7 healthcare centers restored.
- Campaigns: Mobile vaccination campaigns supported across all schools in Al-Safira district.
